Brady Leatherdale is an associate at McCall Dawson LLP. Brady graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts and, subsequently, a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature. He attended Western once again to earn his Juris Doctor between 2015 and 2017. As a student supervisor at Western Law’s Legal Aid Clinic, Brady regularly spoke before the Ontario Court of Justice, appeared at the Human Rights Tribunal, conducted negotiations and hearings at the Landlord and Tenant Board, and completed Small Claims Court trials. Brady served as the President of Western Law’s Labour Law Society, for which he organized seminars, social events and mock trial competitions. Before starting his career in law, Brady taught English classes at Western University and abroad in Seoul, South Korea.
Brady articled with McCall Dawson LLP in 2017-2018, where he conducted research, attended motions, prepared Continuing Legal Education seminars, and assisted on motions, summary judgment motions and trials. As an associate, Brady is developing his interest in the law of Municipal, Police and Fire Rescue Liability.
